S&P's Ocean Grand ratings unaffected

Standard & Poor's said its ratings on Ocean Grand Holdings Ltd. (BB-/stable) are not immediately affected by the company's possible acquisition of an equity interest in a Chinese aluminum extrusion company. The size, funding source and strategic impact on Ocean Grand are unclear.

S&P said it will closely monitor developments.
