Ocean Finance to buy back $10 million notes due March 2013 in full

Kansas City, Kan., July 23 - Ocean Finance plc plans to repurchase all $10 million of its series 2006-2 class B2 principal rated and protected managed credit CPPI notes due March 20, 2013, according to a notice.

The notes are part of a $5 billion multi-issuer asset-backed medium-term note program.

The repurchase date is July 25.
