OCA plans to file new disclosure statement, hearing to continue on June 27

Eugene, Ore., June 19 - OCA Inc. plans to file a new disclosure statement on Friday in an effort to cure objections raised in response to its current disclosure statement, according to an attorney.

The hearing on the approval of OCA's disclosure statement will continue on June 27, after the new disclosure statement is filed, at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, according to the attorney.

The hearing began Monday.

OCA, a Metairie, La., provider of business services to orthodontic and dental practices, filed for bankruptcy on March 14. The Chapter 11 case number is 06-10179.
