OCA final DIP hearing postponed to April 26

Pittsburgh, April 5 - OCA, Inc. obtained court approval to postpone the hearing for final approval of its debtor-in-possession financing to April 26 from April 5, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

According to the motion, the official committee of unsecured creditors will have until April 19 to file any objections or responses to the DIP request.

OCA, a Metairie, La., provider of business services to orthodontic and dental practices, filed for bankruptcy on March 14. The Chapter 11 case number is 06-10179.
