OCA unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, March 27 - OCA, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

The committee includes Courtney Cunniff of Applied Discovery, Inc., Bellevue, Wash.; Steven J. Solomon of Adorno & Yoss LLP, Miami; Harry W. Greenfield of Buckley King, Cleveland; Walter G. Roth of Meckler Bulger & Tilson, LLP, Chicago; and Neil Luria of Navigant Consulting, Inc., Cleveland.

OCA, a Metairie, La., provider of business services to orthodontic and dental practices, filed for bankruptcy on March 14. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10179.
