OCA hearing taken under advisement

Eugene, Ore., Sept. 15 - OCA Inc.'s hearing on its plan of reorganization has been taken under advisement by judge Jerry A. Brown at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, according to a courtroom deputy.

The judge has not given an indication as to when he may hand down a decision, the deputy said.

OCA, a Metairie, La., provider of business services to orthodontic and dental practices, filed for bankruptcy on March 14, 2006. The Chapter 11 case number is 06-10179.
