OCA Trustee asks court to force company to file deconsolidated monthly operating reports

By Jennifer Lanning Drey

Eugene, Ore., Aug. 28 - OCA, Inc.'s U.S Trustee asked the court to require OCA to file deconsolidated monthly operating reports, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Louisiana.

According to the motion, the company's current monthly operating reports do not provide the U.S. Trustee with information necessary to accurately account for individual debtor disbursements in order to properly assess statutory fees.

OCA currently files a consolidated monthly operating report for its jointly administered entities, which the U.S. Trustee said in the motion is supposed to identify disbursements being made by OCA on behalf of each individual debtor, but fails to do so.

OCA, a Metairie, La., provider of business services to orthodontic and dental practices, filed for bankruptcy on March 14. The Chapter 11 case number is 06-10179.
