Arizona Board of Regents defeases 2009A University of Arizona bonds

Norfolk, Va., April 20 – The Arizona Board of Regents defeased its series 2009A system revenue bonds issued for the University of Arizona, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed on June 1, 2019:
• $5,965,000 of bonds due June 1, 2021;
• $6.26 million of bonds due June 1, 2022;
• $6.58 million of bonds due June 1, 2023;
• $6.91 million of bonds due June 1, 2024;
• $7.25 million of bonds due June 1, 2025;
• $7,615,000 of bonds due June 1, 2026;
• $8 million of bonds due June 1, 2027;
• $8,395,000 of bonds due June 1, 2028;
• $8,815,000 of bonds due June 1, 2029;
• $9.21 million of bonds due June 1, 2030;
• $9,675,000 of bonds due June 1, 2031;
• $10,155,000 of bonds due June 1, 2032;
• $24,965,000 of bonds due June 1, 2035; and
• $39.51 million of bonds due June 1, 2039.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the depository trustee.
