New Issue: Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, Calif., sells $79.74 million bonds

New York, April 16 – The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority of California hit the market with $79,735,000 of series 2015 lease revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa3//AA-) were sold through RBC Capital Markets LLC.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2026 with 0.8% to 3.793% coupons, all priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to refund and redeem all outstanding series 1996A lease revenue bonds.
