Moody's rates Oakland, Calif., school bonds A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 rating to the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank's $66.73 million of state school fund apportionment lease revenue bonds, series 2008 (Oakland Unified School District financing).

The bonds are being issued to refund the development bank's state school fund apportionment lease revenue bonds, series 2005C (Oakland Unified School District financing).

Sale of the series 2008 bonds is expected on April 22.
