Moody's gives A3 to Oakland bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an underlying rating of A3 to the Oakland Joint Powers Financing Authority's $120 million of revenue refunding bonds, 2008 series B.

Sale of the bonds is expected on April 15.
