S&P drops outlook on Oak Crest Village, Md., bonds to stable

Standard & Poor's said it lowered its outlook to stable from positive on Baltimore County, Md.'s $67.03 million revenue refunding bonds, series 2007A, issued for Oak Crest Village Inc., while affirming its BBB+ rating on the bonds.

The revision reflects recent diminished operating performance, S&P said, leading the rating service to conclude that it is not likely to raise the rating soon, although overall credit factors remain sound and consistent with the rating level.
