Offering sells 8,013,902 common shares at $0.125 apiece to Cory Hall

Knoxville, Tenn., June 24 – Nytex Energy Holdings, Inc. completed a $1 million private placement of stock with Cory Hall on June 20, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 8,013,902 common shares at $0.125 per share. The price per share is a 13.64% premium to the $0.11 closing share price on June 19.

The energy company is based in Dallas.
