Units sold in deal consist of 100,000 series A preferreds, warrants

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 27 - Nytex Energy Holdings, Inc. completed a private placement of units through agent National Securities Corp., according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The $6 million offering priced on Nov. 19 and settled on Jan. 21.
The company sold 60 units at $100,000 apiece. Each unit consisted of 100,000 series A preferred shares and a warrant for 30,000 shares. Each warrant is exercisable at $2.00 for three years.
The private energy company is based in Dallas.
