Deal brings private placement total since Nov. 5 to $3.4 million

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 4 – Nymox Pharmaceutical Corp. said it completed a $2.1 million private placement of stock.
The company sold 1.05 million common shares at $2.00 apiece.
This brings the company’s total of private placements closed since Nov. 5 to $3.4 million, according to a press release.
Hasbrouck, N.J.-based Nymox is a biotechnology company focused on needs of the aging population.
