883,058 common shares sold at $0.453 each along with 441,529 warrants

Knoxville, Tenn., March 20 – Nymox Pharmaceutical Corp. said it completed a $400,000 private placement of stock.
The company sold 883,058 common shares at about $0.453 apiece. The price-per-share is a 17.64% discount to the March 19 closing share price of $0.55.
Investors also received warrants for 441,529 shares, exercisable at $2.00, a 263.64% premium to the March 19 closing price.
Nymox is a biotechnology company focused on needs of the aging population based in Hasbrouck, N.J.
