New Issue: Nyfix prices $12.6 million private placement of stock
New York, June 30 - Nyfix, Inc. said it has agreed to sell $12.6 million of common stock in a private placement with clients of a "large Boston-based institutional investor."
The New York-based provider of trading workstations, trade automation and communication technologies will sell 2.713 million shares at $4.65 each, a 3% discount to the closing price on June 29.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
