New Issue: Citi prices $3.7 million autocallable phoenix securities tied to Nvidia

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 15 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.7 million of autocallable phoenix securities due March 2, 2020 linked to the common stock of Nvidia Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 18.15% if the stock closes at or above its 80% coupon barrier on the related quarterly observation date.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if the stock closes at or above its initial price on May 30, Aug. 29 and Nov. 29.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless the stock finishes below 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will receive 8.17635 Nvidia shares.
