New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 digital barrier notes linked to three stocks

Chicago, Feb. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due Jan. 24, 2025 linked to the stock performance of Nvidia Corp., Amazon.com, Inc. and Microsoft Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the least performing stock finishes at or above 75% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital upside return of 16.5%.

Investors will receive par if the worst performer finishes between 55% and 75% of its initial level.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
