Nuveen Tradewinds Global All-Cap Plus Fund to liquidate on May 23

Minneapolis, March 26 - Nuveen Investment Trust II announced that the Nuveen Tradewinds Global All-Cap Plus Fund will be liquidated on May 23, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund is currently closed to new investments, except for investments by some contribution retirement plans with existing fund accounts. Existing shareholders may continue to reinvest dividends and capital gains distributions received from the fund.

The fund's adviser is Chicago-based Nuveen Fund Advisors Inc.
