New Issue: ABN Amro prices $0.6 million 16% reverse convertibles linked to Nucor
New York, Oct. 31 - ABN Amro Bank NV priced $0.6 million of 16% Knock-In Reverse Exchangeable notes due April 30, 2008 linked to Nucor Corp. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par in cash unless Nucor stock falls below the protection price, 80% of the initial price of $63.42, during the life of the notes and finishes below the initial price in which case the payout will be 15.768 shares of Nucor stock.
