Nstein Technologies to raise C$4.1 million in private placement

New York, Oct. 3 - Nstein Technologies Inc. said Monday it is gearing up to close a C$4.1 million private placement with U.S.-based investors.

The terms of the offering were not released on Monday, but the company in a statement said it expects the details to be revealed later this week.

Based in Montreal, Nstein develops software to analyze unstructured data in almost every language.

On Monday, the company's stock remained unchanged at C$0.17. Nstein's stock is currently halted.
