New York, May 7 - Nstein Technologies settled a C$1.9 million private placement.
The company issued 2,923,074 shares at C$0.65 each to a group of investors that includes members of the company's board of directors and the company's management team.
Investors not connected with the company include Giraffe Capital LP and Viavar Capital.
The offering was not brokered and proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Montreal-based Nstein develops management software used in the media, publishing and entertainment industries.
