NRAM purchases €8.76 million of class B2 Whinstone Capital notes

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 14 – NRAM plc purchased €8,762,236.55 of class B2 notes issued by Whinstone Capital Management Ltd., according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

Following the Oct. 13 transaction, €43,465,950.63 remains outstanding under the issue(ISIN: XS0234448529).

NRAM, formerly known as Northern Rock plc, is based in Bingley, England.
