Novint Technologies settles $1.25 million private placement of units

Common shares, five-year half-share warrants sold at $0.07 per unit

Knoxville, Tenn., April 11 - Novint Technologies, Inc. completed a $1.25 million private placement of units on March 31, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 17,880,571 units of one common share and one half-share warrant at $0.07 per unit to Shannon Vissman and Ryan Christoff.

Of the five-year warrants, 1,109,285 are exercisable at $0.07, 7,550,000 are exercisable at $0.10 and the remaining 281,000 are exercisable at $0.20. The strike prices are a 22.22% discount and 11.11% and 122.22% premiums to the March 30 closing share price of $0.09.

Based in Albuquerque, Novint develops 3-D computing technologies.
