Atlanta, May 26 - Novera Energy Ltd. said it has closed a private placement for A$12,864,662.
The company sold 9,189,044 shares at A$1.40 each to 14 new and two existing institutional and sophisticated investors.
Oriel Securities Ltd. was the placement agent in the offering.
Based in Sydney, Australia, Novera develops wind energy sites with a focus on the U.K. The proceeds will be used to finance Novera's portion of the balance of a German wind asset pipeline and to develop acquisitions.
