Noventa plans to offer special warrants through a private placement

Jacob Securities is the agent; warrants to be exchangeable into shares

Knoxville, Tenn., July 19 - Noventa Ltd. said it plans a private placement of special warrants. Jacob Securities Inc. will conduct the offering on a best-efforts basis.

The special warrants will be exchangeable into common shares on a one-for-one basis.

St. Helier, Jersey-based Noventa is an industrial-scale supplier of tantalum concentrate, a metal used in the consumer electronics industry, and a producer of morganite, a gemstone.
