New Issue: Russia's Novatek sells $1 billion 4.422% 10-year notes at par with 285 bps spread

Atlanta, Dec. 7 - Russia's OAO Novatek sold $1 billion 4.422% 10-year notes (Baa3/BBB-/BBB-) at par, or Treasuries plus 285 basis points, a market source said.
The notes priced in line with talk.
Barclays, Gazprombank, Goldman Sachs and Sberbank were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Novatek is an independent gas producer based in Tarko-Sale, Russia.
