Russia's Novatek mulls $1 billion offering of notes before year-end

Atlanta, Nov. 14 - Russia's OAO Novatek is considering a $1 billion offering of notes that could come to the market before the end of the year, a market source said.

No other details were immediately available on Wednesday.

Novatek is an independent gas producer based in Tarko-Sale, Russia.
