Fitch rates Novatek notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Novatek Finance Ltd.'s $600 million of loan participation notes due 2016 and $650 million of loan participation notes due 2021 a final senior BBB- rating.

The notes have been issued on a limited recourse basis for the sole purpose of funding a loan by Novatek Finance to OAO Novatek (BBB-/negative).

Novatek Finance is a special purpose financing vehicle of Novatek but is not directly or indirectly a subsidiary.
