Fitch rates Nova notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor's upcoming €100 million hybrid issue an expected BBB+ long-term rating.

Nova Kreditna is rated long-term issuer default A-, short-term issuer default F2, individual C, support 1 and support rating floor A-.

The bank's long-term and short-term issuer default ratings and its support rating reflect potential support from the Slovenian government, according to the agency.
