Nova Kreditna to redeem €300 million senior notes due 2025

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 22 – Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor d.d. will exercise its early redemption right for its €300 million non-preferred senior notes due 2025 (ISIN: XS2430442868), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 27. Payment will be made on Jan. 29, the next business day.

The lender operates in Slovenia, Austria, Croatia and Serbia.
