Des Moines, May 11 - Novadaq Technologies Inc. increased the size of its previously announced private placement of shares to C$30 million from C$15 million.
The company now plans to sell 4 million common shares at C$7.50 each.
The placement will be conducted through a syndicate led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and including Blackmont Capital Inc. and Versant Partners Inc.
The deal priced on May 4. Settlement is expected on May 23.
Proceeds will be used for product research and development, sales and marketing, recent acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
Toronto-based Novadaq develops medical imaging systems and real-time image-guided therapies.
