Novadaq plans C$15 million private placement of shares

Des Moines, April 23 - Novadaq Technologies Inc. announced a private placement of shares for about C$15 million.

The placement will be conducted through RBC Capital Markets.

Proceeds will be used for research and development, sales and marketing, recent acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

Toronto-based Novadaq produces medical imaging systems and other technologies for use in the operating room.
