Norwegian Air Shuttle holders convert €2.26 million perpetual bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 8 – Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA has received conversion notices from bondholders representing €2,256,335 of its €4,752,283 perpetual convertible bonds (ISIN: 0010883416), according to a regulatory notice.

After the conversion, the remaining principal outstanding under the perpetual bonds amounts to NOK 1,922,421,425.

The company's share capital is increased by NOK 604,680.20 by issue of 6,046,802 new shares.

The Norwegian company is a low-cost air carrier.
