New Issue: Norton Healthcare, Ky., brings to market $154.58 million revenue bonds

New York, Sept. 11 - The Louisville/Jefferson County Metropolitan Government of Kentucky priced $154.58 million of series 2013A health system revenue bonds for the Norton Healthcare Inc., according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/A-/A-) were sold through senior managers Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2024 to 2027 with term bonds due in 2033, 2038 and 2042. The serial coupons range from 4.5% to 5.25%. The 2033 bonds have a 5.5% coupon priced at 96.473 and the 2038 bonds have a 5.75% coupon priced at 97.412. The 2042 bonds have a 5.75% coupon priced at 96.581.

Proceeds will be used to reimburse the obligated group for the construction, renovation, improvement and acquisition of health care facilities.
