New Issue: Forsyth, Mont., sells $144.66 million of pollution control revenue bonds

New York, Aug. 5 – The City of Forsyth, Mont., priced $144.66 million of series 2016 pollution control revenue refunding bonds for Northwestern Corp., said a pricing sheet.

The bonds are due Aug. 1, 2023 and have a 2% coupon priced at par.

The bonds were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and KeyBanc Capital Markets LLC.

Proceeds will be used to refund and redeem existing pollution control revenue bonds issued by Northwestern.
