Chicago, June 15 - Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. said it plans to issue £15 million in stock to foreign institutional investors.
The issue was priced as 15,789,473 shares for 95p each.
The placement is expected to close June 22.
Proceeds will be used for clinical trials, product development, working capital and for repaying debt.
Northwest is a development stage biotechnology company based in Bothell, Wash.
