S&P gives Northside I.S.D., Texas, bonds enhanced AAA

Standard & Poor's said it assigned $90 million series 2008 unlimited-tax school building and refunding bonds issued by Northside Independent School District in Texas an AAA enhanced rating, reflecting the guarantee of the Texas Permanent School Fund.

The bonds are expected to sell via negotiation during the week of June 23.

S&P affirmed its AAA enhanced rating on the district's existing debt and its underlying issuer rating of AA.
