Deal funds Island Copper-Gold Project; agent has C$300,000 greenshoe

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 8 - Northisle Copper and Gold Inc. said it will conduct a C$1.5 million private placement of stock. Salman Partners Inc. is the lead agent and has a C$300,000 greenshoe.
The company will sell flow-through common shares at C$0.35 apiece, a 2.94% premium to C$0.34, the Feb. 7 closing share price.
Settlement is expected Feb. 29.
Proceeds will be used for the Island Copper-Gold Project.
Northisle is a copper and gold exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C.
