Northgate Technologies considers issuing convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 25 - Northgate Technologies Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will vote on plans to issue foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on Sept. 1.

Securities also may include Global Depositary Receipts or American Depositary Receipts.

Hyderabad, India-based Northgate Technologies is a provider of information technology services and solutions.
