Atlanta, March 31 - Northgate Information Solutions plc said it has completed a private placement for £24,375,000.
The company sold 37.5 million shares at 65p each.
Hoare Govett Ltd. was the placement agent in the offering.
Based in Hertfordshire, England, Northgate provides software products to the human resources, public safety and other sectors.
