Northern Shield settles C$428,800 of C$1.43 million units placement

Units with half-share warrants sold at C$0.16 apiece in two tranches

Knoxville, Tenn., July 18 – Northern Shield Resources Inc. said it completed a C$428,800 second tranche of a C$1.43 million non-brokered private placement of units. The deal raised C$1 million in a tranche with Commodity Discovery Fund on June 30.

The company sold 8.93 million units of one common share and one half-share warrant at C$0.16 per unit. It sold 6.25 million units in the first tranche and 2.68 million units in the second.

Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$0.22 until July 1, 2019 or July 16, 2019. The strike price reflects a 29.41% premium to C$0.17, the June 29 closing share price.

SIDEX invested C$100,000.
