Northern Michigan University's $106.52 million of bonds to price March 4

New York, Feb. 26 - Northern Michigan University plans to price $106.52 million of series 2008A general revenue bonds on March 4, a source close to the deal said Tuesday.

The bonds (A2) will be sold on a negotiated basis through lead manager Piper Jaffray.

Proceeds will be used to refund the university's outstanding bonds from 1998, 2001, 2005 and 2006, to renovate a residence hall and for the termination of swap agreements.
