Northern California Power Agency to sell $57.74 million revenue bonds

New York, Jan. 7 - The Northern California Power Agency is expected to price $57.735 million in series 2010A capital facilities revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A3/A-/) will be sold through senior manager Barclays Capital Corp.

The bonds are due 2010 to 2025.

Proceeds will be used to refund the agency's series 1999 bonds.

The Northern California Power Agency has its headquarters in Roseville, Calif.
