North Westerly CLO III redeems class D, E and subordinated notes

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 11 – North Westerly CLO III BV said it applied €12,843,724.32 toward the redemption of two classes of senior notes and subordinated notes on Oct. 8, according to a notice.

The following were redeemed:

• €15.5 million class D senior subordinated deferrable floating-rate notes due 2022;

• €14.5 million class E senior subordinated deferrable fixed-rate notes due 2022; and

• €40.8 million subordinated notes due 2022.
