New Issue: North Texas Municipal Water brings $358.84 million of refunding bonds

New York, June 28 - The North Texas Municipal Water District sold $358,835,000 of series 2012 water system revenue refunding and improvement bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2/AAA/) were sold competitively. The issuer did not immediately respond to requests for the winning bidder.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2032 with 3% to 5.25% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to acquire, design and construct the extension of the Texoma Raw Water Pipeline to the Wylie Water Treatment Plant and to make other related improvements.
