North Ridgeville City School, Ohio, preps $50 million bond offering

New York, Jan. 27 - The North Ridgeville City School District of Ohio plans to price $50,009,000 of series 2014A improvement bonds on Tuesday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (Aa3) will be sold through Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements within the school district.
