North Orange Community College, Calif., to sell $149 million of G.O.s

New York, Dec. 18 - The North Orange County Community College District of California plans to price $149 million of series 2013 taxable general obligation refunding bonds during the week of Dec. 17, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (Aa1) will be sold through Piper Jaffray & Co.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing G.O. debt.
