North Davis Sewer District, Utah, plans $50 million sewer revenue debt

New York, March 11 - The North Davis Sewer District of Utah is set to price $50 million of series 2014 sewer revenue bonds on March 18, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold competitively with George K. Baum & Co. as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2034.

Proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition, construction and improvement of the sewer system.
